4. Open SFVAE "steam_emu.ini" using Notepad and change "#AccountId=0" into "AccountId=368783240"

Thanks for updating the file, but I downloaded it and even tought it has everything from before arcade edition it dosen't have the new stuff (aka sakura and her stage). I'm gessing it's because I dind't edited the "steam_emu.ini" file, since I can't seem to find it. May I ask where it's located?

install all updates in correct order & you will have all costume unlocked including new morrigan costume, resident evil costume, & classic bison
