Working on full 100% save based on the all cards / campaign complete one you posted; every duelist has a recipe from challenge mode which also happens to be their best deck, those are missing.

I cannot send this as a reply because the reply function isn't working for some reason [despite disabling adblock/script disablers], but for any yugioh game where you can ignore the banlist [either by cheat code or just cuz it isnt enforced offline], the fastest farm deck is that generation's version of that save's deck 3, otherwise known as Makyura Draw Exodia. Basically, between the banned draw spells and Makyura the Destructor making traps instant-use from hands, you can make an exodia deck that just draws into exodia t7 with something like 70% of possible shuffles. If your draw chain breaks, you just restart the duel. Same deck speedrunners use in any%

Just a heads up, don't know if you played around with that synchron deck I added to the final save update but it turned out to be one of the main meta decks of this format. What that means, practically speaking, is that it's probably well beyond any of the AI decks; it may not be fun to use simply because the main hallmark of a tier 1 meta deck is extreme consistency, so if you know how to use it you can make over 90% of opening hands into the same totally overpowered board. Fair warning that it might be a bit too much, basically. Other hand, if you have a multiplayer copy of the game *enjoy* XD
