1. Back up your original save data, in case something wrong happen you can revert to your old data
2. Extract "Tales of Berseria Save Game.rar" using WinRar
3. Copy the ".tobsav" files to: "<Steam-folder>\userdata\<user-id>\429660\remote\"
or "Documents\CPY_SAVES\CPY\429660\"

Deletebtw i have all of the dlc's installed when making this save data.. so maybe yes you need the dlc's, or maybe not. just don't forget to back up your original save data first :3
