Leaked Visual Shows New Pokémon Anime's Updated Ash Design

The Pokémon Sun and Moon anime is reaching its conclusion with Ash recently winning the Alola League, which will then lead into the next sub-series in the long-running show.

On friday, promotional images for the next phase of the Pokémon anime, adapting some of the material from the upcoming Pokémon Sword and Shield video games, have leaked online. We get to see a closer look at Ash Ketchum's new design and outfit, as well as Pikachu, Scorbunny, and a new character who will likely be his traveling companion. Every main series region can be seen in the background of the key visual.
