1. Back up your original save data, in case something wrong happen you can revert to your old data

2. Extract " Saint Seiya Soldiers Soul Save Game.rar" using WinRar

3. Copy folder "348710" to: "C:\users\<user name>\AppData\Roaming\Steam\<user id>\"
or
Copy folder "348710" to: "<steam-folder>\userdata\<user-id>\"

    Does this work w/ steam? Cause I keep getting an error when I open the game in steam after copying just the save file to steam's location.

      i think by copying folder "348710" to "steam-folder\userdata\user-id\" should do the job :)

      I tried this too. But when I open the game I get this error message in Japanese w/ a yes & no on it. I see no reason why it shouldn't work, but it just won't.

      are you by any chance using language other than English? maybe thats the problem... or maybe you shoud jutst copying "ssss-savedata0" file alone, without other folders/files :-bd
